Saudi Arabia to host U.S. Saudi investment summit in Washington during Crown Prince’s visit.
Saudi Arabia is organizing a major U.S. Saudi investment summit scheduled for November 19 at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., set to coincide with a high-profile visit by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The U.S. Saudi investment summit to be co-hosted by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment and the U.S. Saudi Business Council aims to expand economic ties across critical sectors including energy, technology, infrastructure, financial services, and healthcare.
Sources familiar with the planning say Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will be visiting Washington to meet with President Donald Trump at the White House a day before the summit, with speculation that both leaders may attend the investment forum itself.
The event is expected to showcase new Saudi investments in the United States, building on a previously announced $600 billion portfolio and potentially finalizing major bilateral agreements in defense, energy, and development that had been under review by U.S. authorities.
The summit comes as the Trump administration encourages Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords and deepen ties with Israel, a possible topic on the summit’s sidelines.
The forum is also seen as an opportunity to reinforce security and business partnerships, following a year of major announcements including plans for a Trump Tower development in Jeddah.
Organizers anticipate the event will attract senior U.S. policymakers, Saudi officials, and leading business figures from both countries, and serve as a platform for strengthening investment and strategic cooperation in an evolving regional landscape.
